CV
Born in 1987 in Vienna I developed a strong affirmation to nature during my childhood, being always on the road and discovering the most beautiful places of Austria and Europe. At the age of four I got my first camera and became fascinated by documenting my life. Due to the age of digital photography I bought my first DSLR in 2008 and keep on pushing my limits of photography since then. In the meantime my love to nature led me to various remote places of the earth – such as Swaziland, Mongolia, Siberia, Greenland etc. – always seeking for the next adventure. As caving is one of my most favourite outdoor hobbies, I’ve taken part of international caving expeditions, always trying to connect it to photography. Though I’m not just restricted to outdoor photography. During my studies of civil engineering I’ve led the photo department of the student newspaper of my university and did a lot of people and documentary photography. As a musician I’ve also been interested to portrait the activities of my fellow bands during concert photography or for their album artwork.
My commercial work specialises on reportage photography about nature/adventure and agricultural topics. But as to be seen in my portfolio, I’m not only restricted to that and bring versatile skills on a broad variety of photography. For detailed informations about shootings and assignments, please contact me here. I’m looking forward to working together.

Behind the scenes
Welcome to the „behind the scenes“ gallery! This is considered to be a tribute to all my friends, who contributed a lot in the photos of my website. Creating photos in harsh environments such as caves or mountainous regions always needs patient helpers, which are mainly not seen on the pictures. This is the gallery of their point of view. Here I would like to place a big THANK YOU for your time, your patience, your creativeness, your companionship and not least your friendship. The time out there wouldn’t be the same without all of you!
Big thanks for the photos to: Andreas Bafinger, Harald Bauer, Alexandra Haslauer, Markus Haubner, Patrick Haidl, Stefan Huber, Eva Kaminsky, Christina Karnitschar, Steffi Koppensteiner, Bernhard Lentner, Thomas Resch, Felix Rosebrock, Mandeep Saini, Andrea Schober, Barbara Szirányi, Christian Vlasits, Barbara Wielander, Natascha Wondrusch, Anja Ziniel.
